At my High school, theirs a freshman kid thats keeps aggravating me. Im twice his size and alot stronger than he is. He's real skinny and short and isnt high on the popularity chain. I have many powerful friends and hang out with many. Its just strange that he or anyone would try to annoy me like this. EX: I'll be sittn their on my cell phone, and He will come outta nowhere and start laughing real loud right next to me. I tried tellin him to back off but he considers it joke. Many just tell me to beat em up. but I just aint a violent person and demand peace without anyone getting hurt

You sound like you're trying to be reasonable and kind. I really admire and respect that! My suggestion is that you pull him aside sometime, and kind of quietly if he will mellow out. You can tell him that you have desired to be patient, and have been doing your best. Then tell him that you would appreciate it if he would cut out the obnoxious and annoying behavior around you.

He sounds like he may just lack a lot of maturity. You must know that boys mature a little slower than girls (okay - a LOT slower). Even though most of the folks your age may be more mature than he is - consider that he just may be a late bloomer. He needs your grace and patience. Some gentle "help" might really help this young guy a great deal for the long haul. You might save him a lot of face by being kind and generous.

I wish you the best. You sound like a neat young man!

Just threaten him, or just have a chat with him and tell him how it is. Maybe you could befriend him enough to satisfy his needs with you. There must be a reason. He wants your attention.
