Max out your logic skill and then look into a telescope at night.

Your sim needs to start stargazing with the most expensive telescope at 7pm until 5am. What you need to do is let your sim stargaze for ten sim minutes and then let him stop and then stargaze again and so on. You always get abducted in those first few minutes, or else it wont happen at all. If you want to cheat. You can always type in Boolprop testingcheatsenabled true in your cheat window and then shift click on the telescope and select the debug-get abducted choice. When your sim uses the telescope then, he will 110% be abducted.
