I agree! I think Paris Hilton has simply inherited her millions from her father who had to sweat and do all the hard work. I also think people like Leona on the X-Factor turn up to an audition, and fame is handed to them on a plate! It really isn't fair to all those who work hard for a living, putting in a honest day's work, when these so called 'stars' stand around being called an 'icon' for turning up on a reality TV show!!

Yes, it annoys me that you see talented musicians and singers slaving their guts out in pubs and clubs, hoping for their well-deserved lucky break. Then there are talented bimbos who can't sing a note but get spotted because they're flaunting their bits in skimpy costumes and suddenly they're mega pop-stars!
These days too many kids think they will grow up to become famous pop stars because of tv shows like Pop Idol or X Factor, they don't even stop to think that being able to actually sing is a necessity.

I think they are just a complete waste of time, they create the same sort of music with no unique style!! They dont do it to improve their musicianship but to create a media image or even a scandal!!
Even the kids from disney channel (like Ashley Tisdale)
We should do some petition to stop them lol!!

Just wait your time man... good music is good music in any age, the trendy wannabe's will fall away in time, but people will remember the good stuff and continue to hear it.

I agree with you totally!
I am sick and tired of seeing celebrities that think just because they can act they can sing....wrong!!!! Some are worse than a lawnmowers motor!!!!
I am also sick of seeing all this relaity tv too.

We may not actually need them and they are definitely not my taste, but somebody out there buys their records and I guess they keep people in jobs.
