You can't download them online. Every episode is on DVD, so you can either buy the series, or rent it from a video store.

Download BitLord - its a torrent handler program. Install that first.
Then go to mininova.org or torrentspy.com and do a search for Sex and the City or "satc" - different combinations may come up with different things.
Click to download the torrent file. The torrent file just has information on where the media file is located. BitLord will open and start downloading the media file... it might take a few hours/days to fully download, but after awhile you'll have what you're looking for.
You can even do "torrent site" search on google to find other search sites besides torrentspy and mininova...

They are not available online but here is a site with summaries of each season / episodes and a place to buy dvds.
