Normally a lack of water causes the posterior pituitary gland to secrete antidiuretic hormone. but what will happen if it went up to the level?

it will just decrease or competely stop the release of adh, in fact incerease in blood volume will cause increased filteration at the glomerulus in the nephrons and consequently increase the urine out as there is increased stretching of the urinary bladder. in pathological cases however as in advanced cases of uncompensated heart failure it can cause pulmonary oedema and congestation of the heart and the lungs.

A large intake of water reduces blood osmolarity, so very little ADH is released. ADH (anti diuretic hormone) primarily affects the distal tubules and collecting ducts of the kidney, where it increases the permeability of the tubule walls to water. Therefore, more water is retained. In a case where there is too much water, less ADH would be released, so more water would be passed through the urine.

It just cuts down on the amount of ADH secreted, so less water is reuptaked in the nephron (at the distal tubule). Eventually you'll just pee out this excess water as it is not being conserved.
