Are you serious.... Oden is the most over-rated guy coming out of college this year. He doesn't have game and Ohio state doesn't improve too much with or without him on the court. Oden's 7-0, 280 lb frame would get tossed around by Shaq's 7-1, 325 mass. Hell Earl Barron could toss him around in the paint. Oden needs to mature... then MAYBE he will be a force in the NBA... but until then, he isn't worth the lottry pick to get him.

on an analogous time as Shaq is a hall of Famer, what may be the disadvantage of being a Mutombo? he's been in the NBA for 15 seasons. He and Ben Wallace are the only 4-time NBA protecting participant of the 12 months winners. he's an 8-time NBA All-famous man or woman and 3-time All-NBA, besides as being a 6-time All-protecting NBA participant. he's 2nd on the best-ever shot-block checklist and is ranked 21st on the best-ever rebounders checklist. Plus, he did something neither Shaq nor Oden did. He graduated from college until now getting into the NBA. He holds levels in international kinfolk and Linguistics. He became initially went to Georgetown on an entire journey educational scholarship to learn drugs at Georgetown so he could return to his homestead u . s . a . (Congo) to be a physician. So there's a down side to all this? If Oden seems to be as good as the two one or someplace in between, he will nevertheless be super.

No for the sole reason that it is almost impossible to stop him by yourself. He certainly has the best chance out there. Oden is a great player and will, in a sense, be heir to Shaq'a throne, but he can't stop him. Oden will be, however, the best center to come out since well, Shaq.

No way in hell. Shaqs to good for Oden. Kobe and Shaq are the best players in the NBA when it comes to C and SG or I forget what Position he plays. Oden wont be babied in the NBA with his fouling either.

No. Noone can stop that freak if he wants to score. Luckily he rarely wants to excert himself so everyone is safe. He will be retired in a couple of years anyway and Oden will have free run.
