I hate the IRS. I took a 1500 disbursment from my IRA back in 2000 and stupidly did not know I was supposed to include that as income, my fault I agree. However, how 1500 dollars of my own money could equal out to me paying them 8,000 dollars is beyond me. That is what I was charged for a 1500 dollar disbursment, go figure.

Congress passed an Income Tax bill several times and it was ruled unconstitutional by the US SUPREME COURT, which is why they had to amend the constitution to allow an Income Tax.

Make no mistake, the Income Tax amendment was the democrats biggest piece of legislation last century, more so then civil rights or anything else.
