they dont know what it feels like to be tired. so they are saying "what is wrong with me". so maybe that is why.

Mine cries because she is fighting going to sleep. I think she is afraid that she will miss something. She cries at the beginning of naps and at bedtime. Her sleepy cry has a different tone to it than her other cries too... more high-pitched and frantic sounding.

Becuase its how the communicate. Its their way of telling mom and dad, hey! Im tired now start putting me to sleep.

'when there are exciting things going on in your life do you want to sleep. and also babies can't say "well, man am i tired "they cry to communicate that same expression

Babies don't know what their emotions are and how to control them, so they react by crying when something is bothering them.

lol- Im sorry your baby does that, I can thankfully say my baby does not--she only cries when she is hungry.
maybe your baby is crying because his/her belly isnt completely full?
