No. I did that once, but it wasn't worth it. This special girl came along and we fell in love and into bed, and although I tried to keep it going I was eventually forced to choose. That is in the nature of things. You always have to choose. So I made my choice and learned by the experience. Now I don't let myself into situations where that can happen. It is almost impossible to juggle two relationships and be any good at either. But I know that it is possible to love two people at the same time. The trick for me was in not letting myself get close enough to the second one to fall in love with her (which happens all too easily for me). So now I only have a spouse. But I dearly love her.

If your spouse completes you, you don't need a lover on the side.

nope. But, my exboyfriend has and it is a very hurtful thing when the other one finds out. Plus, when things come out (which they always do), then the whole trust in the relationship is completely destroyed and nearly impossible substantially rebuild. If you are doing it, think long and hard about what will happen when the truth comes out. If it is being done to you...............run and never look back. Once a cheater, always a cheater (this is proven)

It depends on the person some do and some don't, I think most people don't like that, but then the marriage is sometimes a bad one to be in and there is really no good way to get out of it so it depends.

I tried that once. Several days after I asked my ex husband to move out I broke up with my boyfriend. Turns out I wanted neither of them. Side note - I learned my lesson, big time.
