Build it! Takes steps to feeling better!
1. Exercise. This builds endorphines not to mention a great body. You'll feel better and love yourself. You can do this at home while watching a movie. Do crunches, push ups, squats.
2. Drink lots of water. Pop sucks for your body and teeth. It's the only thing that ACTUALLY hydrates your body.
3. Save up for some Crest Whitening Strips. They work great!!! I use em.
4. As for your hair, google hairstyles you love. Don't be afraid to be daring. Find a celebrity with the same face shape as yours. Get that hair cut. Use a healthy shampoo like; Biolage, John Frieda, or Pantene. They'll make your hair super shiney and soft. I use John Frieda, cuz they personalize to color. Dye your hair! It's always a fun booster!
Keep your chin up! You'll be beautiful and confident! Soon you'll be turning heads!

1) For your body; Try doing an exercise routine everday. Do some situps, and cardio.
2) Teeth; go to a dentist and ask what they can do for you. if you are on a budget, you could go get the Crest Whitening Strips. These can be up to 50 bucks, but many dentists charge WAY more than this for whitening. If you still think thats too much, just brush your teeth, floss, and use mouthwash. (Listerine, or Scope are great mouthwashes)
3) Hair; Go to a hair salon, and ask what the stylist thinks. It is their job to make sure your hair looks good. They will also give you a list of some products to use. look through magazines before you go, so that way, you have an idea of what you want. If there is a specific hairstyle you like, ask the hair stylist what they think.
4) Drink lots of water!!!

Try to concentrate on how you FEEL rather than if you look like someone in a magazine. Do you FEEL healthy, clean, happy, fulfilled and rested? If you do, you will naturally look beautiful.
Think about the people you know (NOT celebrities who have infinite cash and do not look attractive 100% of the time).
The most beautiful people may not make it on the cover of Vogue but they are unique in their confidence and therefore attractive. I'm thinking of some of the "popular" girls at my high school (going back almost 20 years!). Looking at yearbook pictures now, most of them would not be called beautiful but they exuded such confidence, they had us all thinking they were!
Spend money on a few things like teeth whitening, clothes, hair etc. if you must but don't go overboard. You may spend a lot and find you don't feel any more confident. Sounds cliche, but cliches were not invented for nothing....It's the inside that counts and how you FEEL. :)

look in the mirror everyday and tell urself u look good. (cause everyone does) of find something about yourself that you like and focus on it. dont overdo stuff and just relax. but if u think that you look good and get more confident than that will help a lot too.

Be happy that you are you, and no one else is. I may not look like a supermodel in a bikini, but I am happy being me. Find your own sense of style, don't try to be like "everyone else" or get sucked into stupid fads or fashion trends. Confidence is much hotter than the latest fashion trend.
Wear clothes that accentuate your body shape so that way you look great even though you have problem areas like everyone else does.
A makeover would be a good idea if you're not sure which direction to go in with your look. Then you can have experts in fashion and stuff help you figure out what kinds of clothes look good on your body.
Talk to your dentist about how to get a prettier smile. Buy the kind of lipstick that doesn't make your teeth look yellow.
Don't go overboard with makeup. Bare Essentials is a bit pricey but it is great stuff and it doesn't feel/look like face paint. Go for a naturally pretty look with your makeup, don't paint on a whole new face.
Pick which feature you like best about your face (usually it's either your eyes or your lips, since you said teeth I'm gonna guess yours is your eyes) and accent that feature. I like my eyes the best, so I will go for a really natural look on the rest of my face, not too bold of lipstick because I don't want to take attention away from my eyes, and wear mostly just eye makeup. If I was only wearing one kind of makeup it would be mascara. Usually I'll wear Bare Essentials to even out my skin tone on my face, eyeliner, mascara, and a little bit of eyeshadow, and some chapstick.
Get a makeover and then go get your pictures taken by a professional photographer. Not Wal-mart, not Sears, not Olan Mills, not Prestige Portraits, but a real photographer who specializes in portraits. Tell him you just got a makeover and you'd like to get a few pictures taken to send to family. He will be more expensive than Wal-Mart, but the results will be much better as long as you pick out a good photographer (look at his portfolio before you hire him). Tell him that you need his help posing so that you look great. Tell him what your trouble areas are and that you want him to take attention away from your trouble areas. A real photographer can play up your best features, take attention away from your trouble areas, just like wearing the right fit of clothes will. When you see how great you look in the pictures and you can show them to everyone, you'll feel great.
Besides, the most perfectly beautiful thing about humanity is that we are all flawed and that makes us who we are.
I'm a short girl with a butt that doesn't look great in capris or shorts, but knee-length skirts or long black pants with high heels, makes my legs look longer and makes my butt sit just right so it all looks sexy. Tube tops make me look fat with a small chest, but a t-shirt with a V neck and a push-up bra and I'm ready to hit the town. It's all in how you work it girl. Learn how to work what God gave you, and you'll be more confident. Act like you have confidence even when you don't, and people will comment about how you look "different" or did you change something about the way you look? Even though you didn't really change much.
And you know what? I'm GLAD I'm not one of those frail-looking twiggy girls running around. I am in my healthy weight range, and I'm comfy there. If I start to feel like I'm getting fatter I'll pay more attention to all the worthless calories I eat, and I'll try to be more active. But I'd rather gain another 20 pounds and have a butt to jiggle than have no butt at all or look like a holocaust victim. You are you. You need to figure out how to work it to the best of your potential, and be proud of what you've got. I don't even have to know what you look like to know that there's always someone dumber and uglier than you could ever possibly be out there somewhere.
So hold your head higher when you walk, don't stare at the floor. Throw your shoulders back and be minful of your posture. And educate yourself. Knowledge is power.
