Wash your face every night to remove make-up, dirt, etc. then apply night cream. During the day, be sure to use a lotion with at least an SPF 15 and an eye cream and don't go too heavy on the make-up. Neutrogena, Olay and Avon have nice and well priced skin care lines for all ages and skin types. Sample a few until you find one that best suits you.

I am 29 yrs old and have been dealing with the same thing. I realized after many purchases and returns of expensive creams, that Mary Kay and Nivea are the best products for me. I also discovered Basis bar soap. Its non irritating and I use it for face and body. Its moisturizing and gentle on my sensitive skin. For anti-aging, SPF is the biggest thing to use. I found that Mary Kay and Nivea have moisturizers that have an SPF in them and these are the product lines that I use, also an eye cream is very important.
Also,I dont tan like I use to, and I use a cream lotion when I am out in the sun with an SPF in it and I get a gradual nice glowing tan. I use to fry myself with baby oil when I was younger, not anymore. These are jusy some products I use and tips that work for me.
Agian, I have tried some of these expensive anti-aging creams and just ended up returning them. For me Mary Kay, and Nivea are classic products that dont irritate my skin and my mom has used Nivea for years and has wonderful skin.
Best Wishes

I used to be a strict Almay skin care user. But then, I had my first facial and they used, Dermalogical. I have very sensitive skin, and it works great, feels great, but is a little pricey. I am 32, and this is what I will use forever.
I start by washing, then I use a ultra calming toner, then I still use the Almay anti-aging eye cream, then I finish with the barrier lotion.
Best of luck.

I'm 27 and just started using anti aging products last year. If I would have known then what I know now, I would have started sooner. Arbonne has an awesome anti aging system, NutriMinC Re9.
I started using their revolutionary anti-aging system (hydrating wash, balancing toner, facial serum, transforming lift, corrective eye cream, day crème, and night crème) last year and absolutely love it! It is specifically formulated to reduce the affects of sun damage, decrease fine lines and wrinkles, while it works to combat the visual signs of aging. The system consists of botanically based products that contain natural collagens (hyaluronic acid), giving your skin a natural lift and others to deeply condition and hydrate your skin. They're all pure, safe, beneficial, hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, and formulated without alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, acetone, or mineral oil which makes them perfect for all skin types. They're unlike any others on the market as they are formulated in Switerland and made with all 9 KEY anti-aging elements (KOJIC ACID, NANOSPHERES, COPPER, VITAMIN C, ALPHA & BETA HYDROXY ACIDS, PEPTIDES, BIO-HYDRIA, ELHIBIN & STIMUTEX, and ALPHA LIPOIC ACID), giving you maximum benefit.
Their products are also formulated with nanosphere technology which makes them beneficial for all skin types and adjusts to your skins specific needs by applying more moisture in dry areas and less is oily areas. Research shows that 6 months continued use of this system will give a 68% decrease in DEEP density lines and wrinkles; however I started to notice results within a week or two.
Arbonne even has products for your entire body including a hydrating body wash, body serum, hydrating body lotion, and essential fatty acid dietary supplement, a concentrated blend of flaxseed oil, CoQ10 and beneficial elements to support younger-looking skin and good health ... from the inside, out ... and formulated in a vegetarian capsule. It's made of Flaxseed oil, vitamins A, C, E, Coenzyme Q10, alpha lipoic acid. I love the NutriMinC Re9 Anti-Aging Body Serum and Hydrating Body Lotion.
If you're interested in learning more, I'll be happy to help you.

Use something from Bath&Body works. If you go in there and ask for anti-aging creams, they will reccommend some. However, these are very expensive. If you are not willing to pay that much, go to a cheaper store, and buy a good moisturizer. When you really start to show signs of aging, you should splurge.

First of all, use sunscreen
Then,
get some botox, your body will adjust to it naturally after 2 treatments; they will pick up the composition of the botox and make your skin wrinkleless and young. Yes, Botox works by paralyzing your face (temporarily), but it also has many theraputic effects and lifetime benefits afterwards.
research is on its way to show that as well.

you should start now since u'll be hitting 30 next year. Visit any well known brand counter n check on their anti aging products. Some of them consist of other benefits too like whitening, lifting, bla bla bla...every brand offers different formulas...
If i can recommend, try Clinique or Lancome. They offer skin care range that suits every age.

Believe it or not, Get yourself a box of Arm & Hammer baking soda, put a half cup of it in a warm tub of water and soak. Helps condition skin, leaving it feeling naturally soft and smooth and clean. Says so right on the box. It is also an excelent facial exfoliant!

I am 24 years old and a good preventative thing is definitely sunscreen. Also you could use a gentle cleanser, moisturizer for sure. Clinique has some great products for this and Oil of Olay also makes some amazing products that you can find at Walmart or Target.
I have a lot of information on skin care of all ages. I could definately help you out and hook you up with some free samples of things so you can try before you buy anything. You can reach me on AOL Instant Messenger if you'd like to... My SN on there is CliniqueChrystal . I'd love to talk to you and definately help you out.
Also - a lot of the products do contain SPF so definitely keep an eye out for products that do have that.
Hope to hear from you.
Warmest Regards,
Chrystal
