I work in a hot place so I need refreshed so I don't get heat stroke. Wouldn't that make Mountain Dew kind of like a personal protective equipment and it should be deducted as a business expense.

Well if you can prove that you job can't be done unless you buy M.D. then you might be able to get away with it. I was able to write off all my blazers for work LOL. It pays to have a neighbor and friend that's an accountant LOL.
