This was an irritating neighbor, with a loud motorbike and an even louder boombox in a wagon sized SUV. He liked strutting around and yelling loudly to anybody that was within earshot. The mutha even had a skull and crossbones tattoo on his right arm that almost always was bare for one lame excuse after another. So I decided to test his grace under fire and if he really was a cool cucumber. Every Friday he arranged the coal in his Barbeque and set it outside to smolder sliced carcasses of slaughtered pigs and cows for his friends enjoyment. So I set some firecrackers in his charcoal Ikebana concealed in tin eggs painted black with little holes for air to pass through. The next Saturday afternoon the mutha was standing by the pit with his brush and fork working some sausages and steaks when
KABOOOOOOOM. The grill flew!!! Slices of meat scattered in bits in every which direction. Mr. Tattoo and buddies had hot sauce smothered all over. The fella has cooled a bit. Should I do it again?

anyway my not so sober uncle, decided to put some fireworks show on last fourth of july ,while holding a can of beer on his hand, he accidently threw the firecracker on the fireworkd storage, i swear this is a true story, the whole storage (a former dog house) full of fireworks, started going off in every which direction, by the time he could run in to the house, someone else spotted the whole ordeal, and run out with a garden hose, put the fire out !!!!!!

I am not sure, you may yet end up in jail. What you did was use an explosive device, most community has ban on such device, by your own explanation "The fella has cooled a bit".
You are lucky he did not call the police. The injuries could have been more serious (lose of Eye sight or some thing). He does not have to call police, if any police reads this he or she is duty bound to contact yahoo and get your name address, telephone and report you to authority, yahoo may do it too. Yahoo is also duty bound in some cases.
I am glad nothing worst happened, burning someone deliberately with hot sauce is a serious enough crime, what he is doing is within his rights and is completely acceptable behaviour so you cool it. If the music is loud then you can always request to keep it low. If not call a police(this is enforceable after certain hours at night only, most places it is 2:00 to 4:00 in the morning check the local ordinance and leave him alone).

I think you should, if he's an irritating ***.hole, as you have explained.
But next time be careful, as he would be on a lookout for the culprit.
Also keep a video camera handy and shoot the entire scene.
Also show it to your friends, which might give them some inspiration too!!!!
