According to Honda's Japanese website the Integra was replaced in 2006 by a car called the Accord Euro R, which is sold in North America under the guise of Acura TSX. Honda currently has no future plans to produce a successor bearing the name Integra.

"Acura - RSX" in the US
"Acura - TSX" in the US
"Honda - INTEGRA" to the rest of the world.
"Honda - Accord-Euro" To the rest of the World"

I Know, it's confusing, but here is what Edmunds had to say,

2008 Acura TSX Midsize Sedan
Available: Fall 2007
What Edmunds.com Says:It's still selling in reasonable numbers, but an all-new version could do much better.

What We Know: Although Acura's TSX received a slight refresh last year, reliable sources indicate that a new, fully redesigned version is on the way shortly. We have yet to spy a prototype, so no word on how the styling might look and details on engines and technology are similarly thin. Expect to see a "concept" version at the next Los Angeles auto show in November.

--They had no news about the RSX (Integra) so I think the CIVIC SI will be your only choice. I guess we have to get use to that ugly face. Just like all those Evo's and Impressa owners did and tell everyone. "It's what's in the Inside that really counts."

The reason why the integra/RSX have been killed off temporarily is because the performance of the Civic Si has gotten steadily closer to that of the RSX and now a current Civic Si is faster than an RSX. So, since acura's are really just rebadged hondas they decided to let people buy the civic si instead. I believe they will come out with a new replacement for the integra/rsx in a few years that will be completely different from the civic.

Also, to set the record straight. Acura is a subsidiary of Honda in name only. The acura name exists only in north america because americans saw the honda brand name as simply economy cars and honda wanted to have another name plate with a more expensive image so they could charge more for the acuras. All of the cars sold as acuras in the US/Canada are simply sold as hondas everywhere else. The "acura" TSX is actually just a rebadged european model honda accord.

Bottom line, you are getting the same quality and performance with a honda as you would with an acura while saving some money.

The RSX replaced the 2 door integra and the TSX replaced the 4 door integra, integras are no more and by the way honda doesn't actually make the integra or RSX or TSX, Acura does, Honda is Acura's parent company so they own them but the cars are all Acura. As for plans I would just look on the Acura website and if that says nothing search yahoo for acura prototypes or upcoming models. But make sure you call it an Acura because that's what it is, and as for the current models integra is no more.

Actually the RSX is part of the Integra era, just a remodel of the Integra. So gwt your facts straight please. And i believe Acura is going to make another model of an integra. Check the sites for additional help.

Uh, the Integra was disontinued in 2001 and the RSX was not an Integra. So the "Integra era" is long over.
