I know what to do I just keep coming up with the wrong answer for some reason!

You can fine an inflection point by taking the second derivative.
F(x)=1/(4x^2)+1
F'(x)=(-1)((4x^2)^-2)(8x)
F''(x)=(2)((4x^2)^-3)(8x) +(-1)((4x^2)^-2)(8)
Then solve for zero
