frequently generally at islands when people get in the wrong lane and gesture nastily when they then prceed to cut you up, what i also hate is when a car is up your a**e and you are already doing the limit and they flash and stick fingers up etc, i now slow right down just to p**s them off,

My husband suffers from road rage. I'm only telling you this to give some insight into what's going through the mind of a "road rager". He seems to think people are "trying" to offend him. Almost as if he thinks people on the road are out to get only him. He doesn't do anything crazy.... an occasional curse word but most often it's complaining about other drivers. Here is the what puzzles me though.... he does the same things to other drivers. He's absolutely a horrible driver. He is forever crashing into stationary objects. He rarely uses his turn signal but instead gets pi$$y with the man behind him who can't read his mind. Like he should know we need to change lanes in a hurry. UGH!! I have been the victim also, just ignore it. To me it just means they're having an incredibly bad day. Better yet, tell them God loves them......OOOOOEEEEEE!!! That will ignite a flame!!

Happens all the time. There are quite a number of drivers out there, some of them women, who consider that they have the right of way irrespective of what the highway code says and get very uptight if they don't always get their own way.Have you noticed this behaviour is often reflected in the cars they drive, more often or not a BMW or a Mercedes as if to say I've got a better car than you ,get out of the way.I could write more about a couple of rather naughty incidents but it would take too long.

Yes nearly on a daily occurrence, 1 time i was on the slip road and a car entered the slip rd at the last minute crossing over the thick white lines and i had to swerve and brake, the guy nearly hit my car then drove right in front of me so i flashed my lights and beeped at him and he started giving me the fingers, swearing etc... I had my 2 kids in the car at the time some people are just idiots.

Naaah, I have spent so many years racing off road that no ever bothers me with their rage. If you have been on the track, you would really know what close quarters cutting up is. Road stuff never even approaches this level of mercenary driving. If you can't play with the big boys, stay low.

I've got road rage when people do stupid things.
Example: Driving down the road, come to an intersection, cross street has a stop sign. I want to turn, people see that I am going to turn, and come through the intersection anyways.

Road rage is most often committed by pathetic losers that have little if not no self-control, and people that are victims of such should do their best to memorize car color, make, model, year, and especially the license plate number in order to file a police report...

Ya comprehend my famous? ok, so like using sixty 5 in a 55 interior the rustic isn't speedy sufficient for some idiots that they'd desire to tailgate me...Why might they no longer in basic terms bypass in the event that they're in a hurry you ask? because of the fact their heads are too some distance up theirass! I straight away get their interest by ability of swerving over to the shoulder and throwing a sprig of rocks everywhere in the front of their automobile. do no longer fvck with me, on the line...I inform you!

When I lived down in florida. I switched lanes and had this lady beeping her horn at me, she came up beside me and flicked me off, was yelling ( like I could really here her). And I felt really bad caue I HONESTLY didn't even see her behind me. So i guess I cut her off, and in the heat of the moment she thought i meant to, I mean accidents do happen... Don't let this lady get to you, maybe she was just having one of those bad days!! ( i know, she shouldn't take it out on you though! )

Honey,
I commute 500 miles a week in Boston traffic - you better believe I've been on both sides of road rage.
Somebody is in a hurry - somebody else seems to get in their way. Somebody snaps. Don't worry, be happy.
