Check your local Yellow Pages. Look under print and silk screen shops. Then call a few a find out what they do and how much they charge. Some will do singles, others will require more (called lots, perhaps 25 or 100.)

Another way is to learn how to do them yourself with an air brush system. Each design is done one at a time but you can also sign them just like a painting. Some air brush artists t-shirts are collectible.

Either way use high quality shirts not just cheap Fruit of the Loom, the value is in your art work lasting.

I don't wish to dampen your enthusiasm, but the world is full of people printing things, especially badges and t-shirts. Profits are minimal and losses are common, so start SMALL and keep outlay to a minimum. Could you hire a suitable machine to test the market, perhaps?

Go to your local print shop, they transcribe stuff like that all the time, and they'll guide you step by step, to what shirt brands you want to use, etc.
