For Processor two upcoming research areas are nano-computing and light based computing. Both suggest vary small computer processor,
Rest about the interface it will sure like to neural or voice activated. So we don't have to type commands just think about what you will like to do or talk to the computer like talking to a friend.
How it will look like will be difficult to say, as everything will have a computer built in. E.G. your entertainment unit is going to have a PC in next 5 years. So pretty much everything will be a PC. If you have seen Pentium II used to be 90-400 Mhz and a pocket PC now have same processor with 650 Mhz. So it depends on what you want the PC to do for you and the size and looks will be depending on that.
And about if I will be around to actually use it I really hope so that I am not around.

Okay, since I just came back from the future in my Delorean I'll tell you.
The CPU will go inside an earring. Input will be spoken or subvocalized via a highly secure, sensitive and accurate microphone transmitter implanted in a tooth filling. The monitor would be a wristband (also linked securely) with projection capability.
Optionally, it could also be accessed via a secure keyboard/monitor arrangement.
This will also have a minor effect in Vegas, since blackjack card-counting would be available to all. The house edge would be changed to compensate, or shuffling would occur much more frequently.

There will be 2 types:
Those you wear on your wrist, like a wrist watch, and those that are implanted in your body. Using nanotechnology you'll be able to shrink the PC 100 times. It'll be capable of reading basic brain waves and respond to them, and of course voice. The screen will be displayed on your eyeball (think terminator) where you will be able to view information and using your thoughts to select data.
Maybe?

I won';t care cuz i'll be dead, but it'll probably be smaller, faster, cheaper, implanted and interactive and the human-computer interface will be thought waves.
Just my two cents.
