Listen, any fan with half a brain KNOWS that wrestling is scripted. You don't have to come on there, humiliate or embarass someone for your two measly points, just to tell us something that we already know.

And those that DON'T know, why ruin the moment for them?

When I was a kid, I thought it was real and amazing, too. Now I appreciate it even more that I've learned about the history of pro-wrestling and read the many books out there by wrestling superstars.

So, please, stop patronizing us would you? (And tell me why you even feel it necessary to do so.)

dd, I suppose you grew up not believing in Santa Clause or the Toothfairy or the Easter Bunny either? (at least one of the three)

You must've had an uninspired childhood if so.

PS wasn't trying to imply that every child should have to believe in those things. But all children believe in something that isn't real. (Monsters, Superheroes, the moon landing, etc...)

Everyone knows, that those who bash wrestling are SECRETLY watching wrestling. They have nothing better else to do than attempt to insult the fans. Please spare me.

Scripted though it may be, those men and women who get in that ring still put an amazing show every time. You still have to be an amazingly gifted athlete to do half of the things those people do. I don't care how much give that ring has, it's still going to hurt when you land from a powerslam off the top rope! And to all those people that want to bash it, I'd like to see them try it.

As a self-proclaimed "closet wrestling fan" forced to hide my adoration for the overly criticized entertainment form lest I be hunted down by ignorant critics with pitchforks, I sympathize whole-heartedly.

But cheers to the WWE & RAW for their new ad campaign, showing doctors and lawyers and other "educated" individuals raving about the wrestling world and all it represents!!!

Yeah my best memories of wrestling was when i thought it was real. it was soo cool to me back then, now all i seem to do is criticize WWE, atleast when i was younger I enjoyed everything they did and I don't think anyone should take that away from someone else.
