Oh, i have no idea. I don't think Mark Schwahn will kill off Peyton though. I think they've learned enough from the O.C. killing off Misha Barton's character. That's a total no-no.
There were spoilers about what might happen to Peyton, they were posted a while ago. Apperantly, Brooke will show up at Peyton's house and together they'll defeat phsyco Derek and they'll get back to being friends again.
Sadly, One Tree Hill won't return until May 2nd. It was supposed to come back next Wednesday, March 28th. But the crappy CW pushed it back to May 2nd! I AM SO PISSED ABOUT THAT! They'll showing come PCD re-run instead of a NEW episode of OTH. UGH!! If you don't believe me, just check out www.onetreehillfans.com. (It's a VERY reliable site). The CW made an official announcement the other day about it. I hate them so, so much for doing this to us.

Hopefully Peyton kicks his %@$ but he's kinda stronger than her and hopefully her bf comes to rescue her! That psycho needs to die once and for all!!!

Peytons gonna kick his %^&. If not Lucas will come to the rescue. But wut if he doesn't ***?!! And derek(fake) does something crazy like wrape her!!!! OR mabye the real derek will *** to the rescue.
