Nope sorry the agencies will know from the marriage license
thats how they track marriages everywhere even if you do not change name it doesn't matter. That's one of the main reasons they have marriage licenses /certificates to document that you are now married. Sorry but you cannot hide that you got married and if you did it would be fraud
and all money you received from any agencies fraudulantly would have to be paid back on top of possible jail time and a huge fine.
God Bless and stop being so foolish.

I didn't change my name when I got married. The only people so far that have required proof of the marriage was the United State Military when we applied for my DD-1173 and DEERs entry. We filed taxes jointly and never required proof yet. Just keep a certified copy of your marriage license handy if anyone asks it usually answers their questions for you once they see it.

No. It doesn't matter what last name you have, it matters that your marriage has been recorded, and that you have an official marriage certificate. This is how everyone will know you're married - not by looking at your name.

No...I have been married for 3.5 years and still have my maiden name...I will be changing it due to I'm pregnant and the paperwork should all have the last name.

Nope they will still know you are married. But you should change your last name. It is disrespectful towards your husband if you dont. And if he allows it, he is one weak man.

It might, but just call them and ask them to change your marital status. If they need proof, fax the license.
