I am having what seem to be cramps like my period is comming. I have been having them sense 2 am.
It is hard to describe I can not get a hold of my obgyn I left like 4 messages for him and nothing and don't want to go to er unless there is something wrong .
I will get like a mild cramp than about 5 mins later the cramp will hurt more and some times I evenget a pain in my lower back is this normal

You really must go to ER to check that you haven't started labour as this doesn't sound usual. If you have they may be able to hold it off. It's not worth waiting to see what happens.

Sounds like you could be having contractions. Try calling your doctor one more time and if you cannot get him on the phone then call the ER and let them know and they will probably want you to come in.
