If you're referring to the large peninsula in southwestern mainland Greece, then it's the Peloponnese.

The southern part of the Greek mainland is called the Peloponese in English. The Greek name is Peloponisos, and is sometimes translitterated as Peloponessos.

However, the southernmost region of Greece is Crete.

If you are referring to the main land it is the Peloponnese (Peloponessos) If to the whole of Greece then it is Crete
