got activated and now the radio's asking me for a code to work! Is there a universal code I can input in? Or where can I find the serial # to call up the Acura/Honda dealership with so they can help me?

If you weren't using a code before you disconnected the battery and now it's asking for one, you'll need to call the manufacturer (either the car maker if its standard or the stereo company if not).

I had a sony one and they said in most cases they can give you a code over the phone (except my model had to be sent back to them & took a couple of weeks!).

When you get it back you should also set your own code, one that's easy to remember, it'll only ever ask you for it when you take the battery out or disconnect the stereo (not every time it turns on), so next time you'll know the code.

Have a look in your car manual if you have it, it sometimes tells you in there. I do not think there is a universal code as this would be too easy for thieves to get it. Try the back of your radio for the serial number.
