yes, you can get pregnant if semen enters your vagina, with or without penetration

If genitals were at any time in contact with each other, then YES. While it is unlikely, it certainly is possible as preejaculate can be found on tip of penis without sex or ejaculating. And sperm can SWIM.
If you are late for your period, then I would strongly suggest that you get a pregnancy test.

Yes, it is possible but very rare! If he ejaculated near your vagina the sperm can travel and try to moved their way into your uterus. This is almost unheard of though. If he did not ejaculate then you are safe.

If the penis didn't go anywhere near the vagina and there was no contact then no you can't. Simple as that.

Its possible (if there was ejaculation), but not very likely.
It would also depend on how close the ejaculate was to the woman's genitals.

if any semen touched on or around the outside of your vagina, there is a slight chance you could. but still a chance.
