There are many men and women who have come out of this lifestyle because they came to God with open hearts and saw
it as sin and repented of it. Their stories can be found online for anyone who isn't bigoted in their opinion or so cemented into the gay lifestyle that they refuse to believe anything but what they choose to believe. So the answer is YES!
I encourage everyone who is homosexual or lesbian to look at some of the web sites where men and women have come out of the lifestyle. They are not deceived nor are they idiots or morons or other names expressed here. They are from all walks of life from laborers to doctors to lawyers and etc. Since they have been there I believe it is only right to hear what they have to say. If you won't hear others who have never experienced this life, then you should listen to those who have. Perhaps they might have something to say that would be of benefit to you.

There is no such thing as an ex-LGBT person. One is born LGBT or straight, which is not a "choice," and this cannot change over time.
Please don't confuse sexual behavior with sexual orientation. There are people who claim to have been "converted" from being LGBT, when all that has happened is that they have been harassed and browbeated into not having sex at all, or forced into having sex with the other gender. Such cruelty does not change their natural, God-given, inborn sexual orientation one IOTA.
LGBT people, both men and women, make wonderful clergy and counselors. There should be no bars for such people who hear a calling from God to pursue this profession.

You are assuming that homosexuality is a choice. That way you can blame the person and not the god. Sorry pal, it doesn't work that way.

Why would God want His child to be something he or she isn't? God is about truth not lies.

God doesn't want me to change, he made me this way. It's only man that wants me to change.
