I have these REALLY bad too. I am now using a moizturizer that evens out the skin tone. If yours don't clear with this, go to a dermatoligist, and see what they have to say.

There are lots of products for under eye bags and wrinkles. Try an eye cream. Burts Bees makes one and I love all their products. I have never tried that product, but I'm sure it's great. Sephora also has some products for that.

Oh my gosh I totally feel you! I'm 14 and I have evil bags there too, one of my eyes has a squiggly blue vein under it so it's like super obvious if I havn't slept. My sister recently bought "Dream Matte Mousse", it has T.V. commercials. It's a Maybelline product. Anyway, it blends in real nice, and if you put the color on the apples of you cheeks AND under your eyes it blends together nicely. Here's a pic of the bottle so you know what to look for. It's about $10 at Dillons but it lasts FOREVER.

ICE cubes, or cool tea bags will help. (make sure the teabags are rung out well).. it will soothe underneath your eyes.

if you are young with bags under the eyes, you probably have allergies. You may have your parents mention this to the doctor. You may have problems where medicine is necessary during certain seasons of the year.

According to Hilary Duff in the movie, "Material Girls", preparation H is good for bags under your eyes. I don't know if that's true or not though.

Mrs. Sexy is right, they are genetic. They are caused by tiny blood vessels under the skin around the outside of the eye. There isn't anything you can do about it as far as I know.

Preparation H does work really well! It's been used in the pageant world for years. It can make your foundation a little uneven especially if you use a powder... so use sparingly.

drink plenty 'o water my dear. although dark under-eye circles are hereditary, drinking a lot of water will help make them not so dark. also, moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. these two things are key to not getting yucky wrinkles when you get older.
