Neither.
One answer nearly got it right, but wrongly talked about "more developed" -- which is inacurate.
There were primates, some of their descendents evolved into prot-humans, some of whose descendents evolved into homo sapiens sapiens (us).
Tom Cruise is an actor, not a scientist.
It makes no sense to say we Came From Outer Space -- if that were so, why do we share so much genetic material with all other Earth-life? Why do we have the fossil record we do?

Monkeys evolved from men. Haven't you seen the movie? Tom Cruise is a time traveler who is just trying to fool us all.

Modern primates and humans both evolved from a common ancestor. Most people get confused and think that we are just more advanced forms of say a chimpanzee. The fact is that humans and chimpanzees are more advanced forms of an early primate, and neither exsisted millions of years ago.

Yes, he has a point on his head. We got here on the shuttle that the monkeys built.

We evolved from ape precursors who came to earth on a giant space ship to build the pyramids and give us the genes that would eventually result in Scarlett Johansson.

Depends what you want to believe. Scientifically, we evolved from apes, but where did the apes come from?

Neither.
God created humans under his own image. Who created God? We do not know.
"You didn’t suddenly spring into existence the moment you were born.
You were happy in Heavenly Father’s presence, but He knew that you needed more in order to progress. You did not have a physical body like you do now, and you needed a chance to gain experience on your own—away from His presence, but with the ability to communicate with Him and receive help. So He sent you to Earth, hoping that you would return to Him and receive everything He has to offer you.
Before you were born, you lived with your Heavenly Father as one of His beloved spirit children. You knew and loved Him, and He knew and loved you.
Although you have forgotten your life before you were born, your Heavenly Father has not. He knows you and loves you. He wants you to come to know and love Him, too. "
And that is just one of the many things that show proof. Come on, what about the Bible? That mentions God who knows how many times. The Book of Mormon mentions him too.
What people don't know is that you don't allways need "proof" in order to understand what something is. "Faith" is a better way of deciding.
