As normal the socialists in Congress want to CONTROL your entire life and now there are going after regulation of lending institutions.

If you fail to meet your obligations should that not be between you and your lender rather than an tyrannical government?

When is this taking control of our lives going to stop?

No they shouldn't. congress wants to take personal responsibility out of the equation. congress wants to have greater control over people's lives. This is what we get when we put democrats in power. A wannabe socialist gov.

The only way to stop these money crazed Congress is Term Limits. That IS the solution.
