I have unplugged and replugged everything a few times. The green power light keeps flashing on the printer.

Ok,
I have the Invalid cartridge error. However they are both the leximark inks. And I took them both out and put them back in.

Check that the connection to the computer is correctly connected. The ink cartridges have sufficient ink and are properly installed. look in your computer for an error message and see what its telling you might be wrong with the printer.

Have you tried removing the ink cartridges and putting them back in? Also, have you checked for a paper jam?

Check weather the plugs are in properly and weather the software is installed on ur computer

check if the cables are plugged in in the right places
check if ur printer is on
