Not only a Chinese keyboard, but for those who know pinyin (the Chinese phonetic system) you can just type using a regular keyboard and the software will be able to match to the corresponding characters. I know that MS Windows has built-in language packs for many languages, Chinese included.

there is about 30+ type of Chinese input style some by matching part of correctors some by pronounce call pin ying, some even directly type English by how it pronounce. those input keyboard is part of XP and Vista all you need is original CD you can install it and use it under XP or vista.
