Yes you can, many woman do it. However, if you have airbags you should always keep the steering wheel at least 6 inches away from your belly. I am 37 weeks pregnant right now and I only drive when I have to, because I find it uncomfortable. Trying to turn around to back up and park is not easy.
Take care and good luck with the pregnancy.

What a great question. The answer is you can if you want to. I remember reading a very, very old book telling women that they shouldn't drive while pregnant. I laughed until I had gone through the whole pregnancy.
There are a couple of things to consider. One is the seatbelt, (which you would wear as a passenger anyway), that can be dangerous in the event of an accident.
The second is a combination of hormones and fatigue. I was very tired one day and backed a huge vintage car into a concrete pole. Well, I damaged the car but the worst part was that I spent an hour in the bathroom crying my heart out over it. Surely not good for the baby.
I didn't like driving after the baby was born either, especially with her in the car. I was always distracted or fearful.
Many women will say they had no problem. Just my point of view.

In theory you can drive yourself to the hospital if you want to. It is actually up to you. If you feel comfortable driving then do it. Some people can't actually drive as their stomaches are too big for them to fit behind the wheel and still reach the pedals. If you feel comfortable driving the whole nine months then do it but make sure that you always have a mobile with credit with you just in case you get into any difficulty.
Hope this helps you! xxx

Yes you can drive the whole nine months. I did with my 3 sons. Just towards the end you tend to get tired faster. As your due date approaches just make sure your with someone just in case you go into labor,

Yes agree , as long as you can fit and still reach pedals! Be aware of an airbag though as these will be fatal to your unborn child if in an accident. Don't squeeze behind the wheel as one bump would crush you -
In short, use your common sense!!
I had to give up at 28 weeks with the last pg as my seat ended up so far back that my feet couldn't reach - not helpful when you live in the hills on Wales!!

Yes, you can drive, but make sure you are comfortable with it. I found that since my pregnancy, I'm much more nervous and hate driving at night. I drive a lot slower than before and always have my seat belt on..one strap across my shoulder and the lower strap underneath my belly. Good luck!

You can drive all 9 months as long as you are comfortable behind the wheel and your feet are still ab;e to touch the gas and break, but be sure not to be too close to the steering wheel. Also, if you wear your seat belt, be sure to place it below you abdomen. Hope this helps and good luck!

I wouldn't see why not. Some women have to because they work all the way up until they deliver.
I haven't driven since 7 months pregnant, but not everyone has that luxury.

I suppose that a woman can drive the full term of her pregnancy or until such time as her girth interferes. I apologize if I sound insensitive, it wasn't intended.
