1991 ply voyager No Wipers/ HELP!! which fuse?

Question

It's finally raining in Phoenix. I turned on the wipers. they went one stroke on intermitent then nothing! Never to swish again. I moved the switch a few times... nothing. I removed the fuse cover, and nothing is marked, just lots of choices with numbers.... anytime I take the van to the shop for ANYTHING, it costs $200, so does anyone know WHICH fuse it might be??? or where do I start with the problem? nothing else is malfunctioning. Any guidance would be VERY much appreciated!

Check fuse #5 a 20 amp fuse (yellow)
If that is not it, then you will need to take it to a shop.
