What kind of feedback would you give on the class and instructors?

I am going to Axia - I absolutely hate it. The classes are easy enough but if you have a family emergency, you can forget about making up any missed assignments - unless of course you contact the school first - and you can't always do that. They also have my financial aid so screwed up - it has been six months and they still haven't gotten it fixed. I keep getting bills from the school threatening to take me out of classes and not one person has gone out of there way to fix this. The college stinks and because my financial aid is so screwed up - it is stopping me from being able to transfer to a different college. I am beyond upset with this school. So much in fact that I am now talking with an attorney in hopes that he can resolve the situation so I can finally get out of the that hole they call a school and start fresh in a real college.
They haven't even told the company that I am getting my student loans through that I am enrolled in their school so I am now getting bills stating that I have to start paying those back next month. It is a very sloppy college to say the least.
