Not really. It's perfect for the needs of a growing infant. An adult's nutritional needs are much different.

Its a nice way for the fathers to get the milk out the mommy after the child has been weened, so it doesn't cause problems for mommy. It taste good by the way, I drank it not directly

Yes it definetely isnt bad for us.....however it cant provide the proper amount of nutrition for an adult the way it can for an infant. As`adults our bodies require substantial amounts of protein and carbs......breastmilk is nutritous but just isnt enough for us anymore
