I see nothing in that voteprimous website to do what you say. Care to edit and add some information?

The DMV. But when I changed my voter registration (i went to school in boone but now live at the beach--so clearly I'm not driving 6 hours each way to vote) they didn't put it through correctly and I didn't find out about it until barely 30 days before--just in time to change it. So if you use the DMV make sure you verify after the 30 days pass that it really did go through.

Go to the dmv and ask them for the voter registration form. You can fill it out right there and leave it with them.
