whistleblower last night and what did you think?

I think every bank is the same, it's all sell, sell, sell. I remember someone at another bank switching my account to one that costs money and I hadn't asked for the change.

I used to work for a Barclay's subsidiary. I did not see the programme last night, but nothing would surprise me about the bank.

Yeah i watched and it was really interesting to watch , A few weeks ago i repaid my credit card and loan off that i had with them ,when i phoned to ask how much i had left to pay on the loan the guy said why would i want to pay it off it was good to have a loan ,yeah good for Barclay's to be charging lots of intrest,I'm seriously thinking of never using them again and not using my credit card,But i wonder if they are really any different to any other high street bank going in for the hard sell

I watched it, I like to see these undercover programmes if I was a Barclay's customer I would be changing banks today. It probably happens in most banks but to see it and for that woman in head office at the end to deny most of it. Totally irresponsible and arrogant towards their customers.

i did, must admit very disappointed with Barclay's. I've been with them for years, and never had a problem, They do need to sort their act out if this is the way they do business, as do all the other banks of they follow the same path.

Yes I watched it and it's a disgrace what is happening at Barclays. I don't understand how anyone could even want to work there, the work ethos is awful, I think I would probably quit after one week if I worked there.

My and my mum was listing to a bit of it i heard the bit were the person said some thing like i dont now the person so i dont care.
