Home and work has been taking a toal on me as far as my stress level is its up there.

Try to relax, maybe have a vacation from your work ... Go some place where you can unwind. Depending on your budget, it may be just a simple visit to a spa clinic or saloon, where you can get a body massage... a pub, where you can listen to your favorite music with (or without) friends... or if you can afford it, a cruise to any destination you desire!
In no time at all, you'll feel a lot better...!

Me too.
I have to stop looking at the news because news makes me more stressed especially if I hear about something really bad like people (especially kids) getting killed. Just forget about the news, listen to some good (happy) music.

The weather is a little nicer today, a good day to take a walk outside. I think I will take my own advice and take a walk outside today, that always makes me feel less stressed.

I've been really stressed out as well, because I have a 4 year old with behavioral problems... I started taking Relacore, and it's improved my overall stress and mood... and it helps lose stress related weight too.

Very common. Progress has come faster than the human body can cope. Take warm baths with candles all around. Take care of you, you will be of no use to others until you take charge of you. An anti-anxiety med. will help.

hi i am from india(mumbai)i have got medicinr for uto decreass ur stress medidate get up early in th moning and sit on th ground folding th legs over 1 onother keeping ur back striaght cose ur eyes & beath slowly and forget about every thing and say OM u will feel good
