Can tulips be planted in March or do I have to go all the way back around to Jan. of next year? I've kept them in the refrigerator to keep them from sprouting but they have a little.

Plant them now!! If they do not sprout this year, they will next year right on time. Different ones work different ways!

The key was to have a cold period, so since you kept them in the fridge, then you shouldn't have a problem planting them in March.

Depends where you live... Where do you live? I live in KY and I had to plant mine September- November for them to bloom by Spring.

You should plant them in the fall for the next spring. If it were me, I would plant them in containers (pots) and then transplant in the fall, before the first frost.

You might as well plant them now, they won't survive till another fall out of the ground.

You might be safe with this one considering they have had a cooloing off period, good luck, if not next year will be better.
