One of the ways you can use to find yourself a boy or a girl friend is by inviting whoever you like with your eyes, admiring him or her without saying a word. You must be bold about the whole thing. When you know each other then you can now approach him/her and talk to him/her. Be bold and couragous. If you fail, you try agin. There is no harm in trying

What your doing right now, is the best way. Internet. Thats the only way half of the population in the area even have boyfriends or girlfriends now is because of the internet.
You could look for peopel in your area, or just chat, etc. They could come to your city, etc, if you cannot leave out.
So...just keep on doing what you have been doing. You speak very good english, so keep it up. You will find one soon. You sound like a very sweet guy. Don't rush, the universe will find you a god sooner or later. *wink*

Sounds like you are ready for a boyfriend, but can I ask, are you wanting a boyfriend so you don't have to sleep around? Do you want a sex-partner? Do you want to live together and listen to him snore at night?
Dude, there is much more to finding that special man. You have to be sure you are ready to accept his faults that come with the magic of love. Have you thought about this?
