Why do these people wear kilts? Do they want to remind people of what they did to Scotland?....and most of these people dont have the legs for it!...especially Chuck.

They'll all descended from Scots and when Prince Philip became a naturalised British Citizen he resided in Scotland and considers himself Scottish.
