You will NEVER forget aobut him, but you will learn to let go.
If you need to be alone and think about him, do so. If you need to cry, do so. Dont stop you're feelings thinking that will help you to feel better sooner - you will only slow the process.
One day you will wake up and think about him, but it will not be painful and you will not longer cry. But... you will never forget him.
