mac fluidline...this is the only thing that has stayed on my eyes..use it with a thin brush to apply... also very black black like you are saying.
ive used practically everything that leads to smudging/smearing...

L'oreal Lineur Intense in black- it's the best! it usually stays for the whole day, at least for me. the only thing is, its a liquid eyeliner, but its pretty easy to master

All non waterproof eyeliner are usually smudging.
Try Maybelline or Loreal...i think they have non waterproof eyeliner thats less smudging. Try not to touch or rub your eyes, or you'll end up like a panda.

I use Clinique's very black eyeliner. It's great!!! It doesn't smudge and it'll look great the whole day. It costs around $15, but it lasts a long time.
