Mozart wrote over 625 works, including "songs". some of which are still very popular. His symphony #40 is probably at the top of the list, followed by "eine Kleine Nacht Musik". check out any of his works for an interesting listen. For specific songs, I like "Warnung" and " Als Luise die Briefe verbrannte". for opera arias, Porgi amor from the opera The Marriage of Figaro ( Le Nozze di Figaro) or the two aria of the queen of the Night from the opera the Magic Flute ( Die Zauberflöte).
Beethoven wrote more instrumental music than vocal. Most of his vocal music is difficult to sing because he tended to think of using the voice as an instrument, and disregarded some of the limitations that singers have, like holidng out high notes for long periods of time. However, there is a song cycle, a series of 6 songs, titled "An die Ferne Geliebte" ( to the distant beloved) which is very singable.
Gluck wrote many operas. Probably his most famous is "Orfeo e Euridice". the aria "Che faro senza Euridice" ( what will I do without Eurydice) is the big hit tune there.
Franz Liszt was as accomplished a vocal composer as he was a pianist. there are just too many to name, but I like " Oh, quand je dors" ( Oh, when I am asleep)
Don't go to wikipedia, they are too limited in what they can offer you. go to the old-fashioned library, or to the music library at your local college or university to see how many thousands of books of music you will find.
Happy hunting, happy listening
