If I have a mobile phone number ... how can I get the address of the person `s phone? is there is a website who does that ?

there are websites telling you what the home number is, if you know the address, but their mobile is a separate issue. they arent connected in any way and so it wouldnt be possible to find that out, especially on the net.

Not possible - it's covered by the Data Protection Act. Not only that it may be a pay as you go phone in which case it doesn't need to be registered to an address.

no, you could only do the opposite: looking up someone's (home) phone number if you have his name and adress.
