My boyfriend and I have been together for 4 yrs. and we were going through the same thing(well actually, we had stopped having sex) One day I told him we should rent a hotel and that I had something special planned for him. I went out and bought some sexy lingerie and some good tasting oral gel. That night I handcuffed him to a chair and blind-folded him then I lubed him up(he didnt know what it was I was putting on him) and gave him a bj. He then returned the favor. We had an amazing night. He loved it! Trust me now we are having sex almost everyday! Try doing something creative like that to show him that you are still are interested, sometimes its up to us to make the first move.

You shouldn't have to really doll up. To add spice to any relationship you need to have attraction and intimacy. Include sweet little nothings in various situations, such as love notes concealed where only he would find them, candlelight for dinners, more touches, call him on his cell phone or office phone and seduce him, etc. Once you make a habit of it, the intimacy should just grow naturally and you'll begin touching and connecting more. As far as longer foreplay, initiate more attention on him and do it slow and sensual. Try seperate foreplay as in you do him then let him do you, this takes longer. The actual sex lasting longer can be controlled by him if he concentrates hard enough. My finace can make hisself wait until I'm ready, but in my experience, that's a bit rare.

Dolled up? What does that have to do with spicing up a marriage? If you want to get dolled up and can't go to a salon, do it yourself. Curl your hair or straighten it. Put some makeup on when you aren't going anywhere special. But to spice it up, why don't you try doing something that he usually does to show him how much you care. Why don't you let him relax a day with you. Watch a movie curled up together with a bucket of popcorn. Take a shower together and give a sensual delight in the shower. Get in the tub together after putting on some music (far away from the water in the tub!) and take turns bathing each other. Find interesting ways to spice up the usual and everytime he does that one thing, he'll be wanting to do that with you. Even washing dishes can be sensual, if you do it right. *wink wink* Best wishes and take care.

Have you tried lingerie? Many times sexy lingerie not only turns the guy on, but makes the woman feel more attractive and sexy. Some people enjoy role playing but it is not for everyone, it is something you could discuss with him. As far as foreplay, it should last a long time since it really increases the passion in a love making session. The only way to make it last longer is to take your time, make sure every inch of each other bodies has been explored and caressed. Try giving each other full body massages or maybe get some edible body paint and paint each other, make it fun.

If your having sex issues at two years then it is only gonna get worse cause the longer you are married sex tends to decrease. You can make foreplay and sex last longer by having sex more then you will both last longer....with foreplay if you give more then you will usually get more

you didnt need anything 2 years ago? just do what every you did then, people get married and after a few years get into ruts and think they need to spice things up, just think of things you did back dating that you dont do now and re-do them

Talk to your husband about things you have both thought about and not done, share some fantasies. Start making them happen, and if they are not entirely feasible, do as much as you are both comfortable with. Also, focus on what you like about yourself and play that up to help yourself feel beautiful. Remember that your husband loves you and you are beautiful to him, see yourself through his eyes.
