how will i convert a front page document into a URL?

i have made a document in Microsoft Front Page . How will i make it as a URL ? ?

A new page is automatically labeled as htm in FrontPage. You can change that on the first page of FrontPage by right clicking and renaming it to html.
Did you want to make an exe or html file? An exe will begin with ftp and the html file will begin with http.
