No you can eat, but make sure you eat foods that don't harm your health but at the same time do fill you up. Like grilled chicken or steak, sea food, salads etc. You can eat whole wheat bread, eggs, low fat milk in moderation and they will got harm your health nor make you gain weight. If you feel guilty about eating too much junk food (you will see the negative results in you body) but if you are going to do it anywayz, well then do some cardio to burn the fat you just ate. =)

I have found I can eat health and fill full. Enjoy a bottle of water and then some Kashi cereal. I find all types of the cereal they make tasty. Some fruit and it keeps me going till snack time of more fruit or a veggie like carrots, celery, or green peppers.
