My ex-husband was like that too... it hurts the self-esteem... no woman should have to beg her husband for sex, he should be happy she wants it!
I used to take myself off to the loungeroom and sleep on the couch (amongst other things, well hell, he wasn't going to help me out!)
If lingerie and seduction doesn't work, find out if there's an underlying problem with him (is he worried about prem ejac/work stress/low libido probs?)
Just know that it's not you, it's him... and get yourself some toys for when he's not home/not being responsive. There's nothing worse than being left with an unscratched itch!

Ok, seriously, Men have this performance anxiety thing. If they are heavily stressed or very busy,they may tend to think of it as a chore like 'one more thing they gotta do. Also could be a chemical imbalance. Does he drink? Is his diet good? (It has a huge effect on sex drive, (and every other aspect of life) believe it or not, fix him lots of fruits & veggies, whole grains & cut down on the animal protein & animal fat)
Also maybe he needs a change of scenery. Take him out to a nice dinner, then take him to a hotel and have him for desert. Let him know you desire him for intellectual stimulation and his manhood. Does he have a calandar or daybook? I sometimes write in my hubby's book, "Make love to wife, 8pm" or whatever...it works! Write a sexy note and put it in his lunch, email him, or send him a sexy letter. My husband gets so wrapped up in work and stressed out that he just can't think of anything else. Give him a little 'oral treat' before he heads off to work - he will come home and want to play some more, and he will see that you're not just wanting to recieve, but to give as well. Above all, if he resists or is still not interesed, know that it is NOT YOU. Nor is it your fault. He may be going through some form of inner termoil that has nothing to do with you. Just keep loving him where he's at, and keep comunicating to him in very simple precise terms (he is, after all, male and just doesn't get it - meaning he lacks the intuition we women have) Tell him exactly what you need from him. That you need his attention, his touch, eye contact, kissing. It could be that he is just completely oblivious and needs some reminding of how 'into' him and wonderful you are! Self stimulation is something I became very familiar with and then it became a strain on my relationship it didnt help with my marriage not going so well so it just made matters worse and finally seperated from him. But dont let it get to that point you need to communicate with him find out whats going on diet, health and such and the worst dreaded reason another woman. It will hurt but you need to know so that you can move on and find someone that deserves you.
