If he could speak French, he'd echo that old saying of Louis XIV: "L'etat c'est moi!" (I am the state)
To the answerer directly below: Bush has said on several occasions that he wishes he were a dictator. Here are three quotes, there may be more:
"You don't get everything you want. A dictatorship would be a lot easier." Describing what it's like to be governor of Texas.(Governing Magazine 7/98)
-- From Paul Begala's "Is Our Children Learning?"
"If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator." President Bush, December 18, 2000
"A dictatorship would be a heck of a lot easier, there's no question about it, " [Bush] said.

It is clear to me that Bush Jr. has had absolutely no understanding of how our government works, and even less understanding of the cultures, motivations, histories, people, intelligence, danger, potential...of the rest of the world.

He thinks he is a king.
America must prove again that kings no longer exist in this world and a governing entity. We must Impeach and imprison him for his crimes against America and the world.
He had no authority to declare war.
The United Nations was put in place to prevent world war III.
The Congress and Senate were put in place at the creation of American to stop dictators such as Bush from ever getting away with what he has already gotten away with.
Crimes
1. Declaration of war without backing of United Nations
2. Declaration of war without backing of Congress
3. Involvement in authorizing Terry Shrible to be killed(with people willing to care for her)( I fear my disabled daughter is next they have cut all her services including her much needed physical therapy).
4. Billion dollar oil profit.
5. Billion dollar war.
6. Dropping 55,000 bombs on Iraq. (This does not capture terrorist and they were probably warned it has killed 600,000 civilians.
7. Sending our American boys for slaughter for want of and education and wanting to protect America.
8. Sending troops ill equipped
9. Involvement with World Trade Center disaster.
10. Lying about Weapons of Mass destruction to conjure war.
11. It is proof to me that the men gathered and taken with out charges from Iraq were not the terrorist or we would have heard of their involvement.
12. Imprisoning Innocent people in Cuba with out cause.

No; sour grapes much? I know I'll get a lot of thumbs down on this one but I have seen a lot of people on here are extremely stupid. Don't get me wrong on this; I'm not a big fan of Bush, but he's not THAT stupid.
